For any reservation made less than 30 days and up to 15 days from the occupancy date, the total amount of the reservation will be debited from the Renter's credit card. For any reservation made less than 15 days from the occupancy date, the total amount of the reservation must be paid by Interac transfer to the owner.
In the two (2) days preceding the occupancy date, an amount of 1000 $ will be blocked on Renter's credit card as a security deposit.This security deposit may be used to compensate Hostia and / or the Owner for any damage caused by the Tenant to the rented premises. This security deposit will be released in the days following the end of the stay. If the sum of the damages exceeds the amount of the deposit the tenants will have to bear the excess costs
The minimum age to make a reservation is 30 years old.
In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the tenant is undertakes to comply with the public health rules in force and understands that these are compulsory. The tenant understands that Hosting will intervene in the event of a fault, and that this could lead to an immediate interruption of the stay. In such a situation, no reimbursement will be granted.

The owner will not grant any refund or credit note to the Renter for early departures or late arrivals.
The owner will not grant any refund or credit note to the Renter due to problems due to the vagaries of the weather or the degradation of the quality of any body of water located near the residence, as well as any unforeseen interruption of electricity, running water and gas services that may occur during the stay.
The owner reserves the right to inspect the premises without notice and to have the necessary urgent work carried out.
